Zane's Lesson of the Day

You cannot drink a bottle of water and pick your nose at the same time.

No matter how hard you try.

(Since I couldn't actually get a picture of Zane's attempts at multi-tasking with the nose picking and bottle drinking, I thought I'd just give you a view of a simple nose pick.)

little man and his boogers are welcome to set up base camp at our house any time (how many times do i have to tell you this!!!) he will be in good company with my lot. just wait till he has one hand in his pants and the other up his nose- now that's multitasking.

I am slow to get the "I'm okay with being your friend" messages from folks. It's a personality fault of mine.

I have no doubt that the hand down the pants and the hand up the nose manoueveris the next step on the fascinating journey of discovery that Zane is on. Yea!

I'll admit: I had the "hee" response as well. I'm sure most responsible parents would have been mortified, but not me. I took a picture.

How can one little boy look so darn cute while digging for boogers?

Thanx for stopping by my blog (via SRH - which I found via Peefer's Home) and I never knew you had your own. I'll be back! Especially if you promise to put more pics of such cuteness.

And I see your list includes Postcards from the Mothership...I know her, like really KNOW her, and could tell you a few things (heh heh).

Is this like a six degrees thingy?

Oh, and I also really KNOW Peefer, we were childhood playmates.

Nancy-
I'm so excited that you stopped by that I'm going to be really obnoxious and respond to your comment almost point by point.

Zane is many things. "Cute while digging for boogers" is a new one, but I'm sure he'll wear that label proudly. Often.

(And I'll be sure to post pics of it).

Okay, so I really dig the Postcards blog. Apparently so do about 300 other people a day. Geez oh man. It's like you know a celebrity.

Actually, SRH and I were discussing your relationship with Peefer. For the longest time, I thought you were his sister, but SRH kept insisting that it wasn't so. So your clarification is helpful. Is it weird to know that two people you don't know were discussing your relationship with someone else that they don't know? The blogosphere is a strange place, I think.

Six degrees, indeed.
